Housing and Decoration Rules

Housing guidance for ownership, storage, decoration, rent, upkeep, and resets. Houses are social spaces and storage conveniences, not combat power.

Access and Ownership

Housing is a social convenience surface, not a power path.

  • One owner or guild-controlled owner record should be authoritative.
  • Rent, upkeep, and eviction rules must be clear before a player can lose a house.
  • No combat, XP, loot, travel, or market advantage should come from housing.

Storage and Decoration

Housing storage should stay separate from bank and depot safety rules.

  • Decorations are cosmetic and should not change combat, loot, or travel.
  • Depot and bank remain the trusted storage systems for valuable items.
  • Reset notices must explain what happens to houses and decoration state.
